AN ORDINANCE VACATINGA PORTION OF KITTLESON ROAD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.A portion of Kittleson Road described as follows,shall be vacated:
Parcel 1:A portion of Kittleson Road located in the NW¼of Section 36 and the SW¼of
&Section 25,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.whichis located 30'each side of thefollowingdescribedcenterline:
Beginning at the centerline of thewesterly terminus of Kittleson Road as shown on the MosesLakeTravelPlazaSecondShortPlatfiledinBook5,Page 59 at the Grant County Auditor'sOffice;thence North 89°18'09"West,2,115.19 feet to the southwest corner of Section 25,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.,and to theterminusof said centerline.
Together withthe West 30.00 feet of the south 30.00 feet of said Section25.
and
Parcel 2:A portion of Kittleson Road located in the NE¼of Section 35,Township 19 North,Range 28 East.W M.,described as follows:
All that portion of the 30 foot road right-of-waydedicated on the Malers Short Plat filed at theGrantCountyAuditor's Officein Volume 1 of plats on page 67.
Subject to a municipaleasement for city utilities over the southerly 40 feet of the abovedescribedParcel1andtheeasterly30feetoftheabovedescribedParcel2.
Section 2.This ordinance shall takeeffect and be in force five(5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylawandaftertheadjoiningpropertyownersadjustthewatervalves,firehydrantvalves,and sanitary sewer manholes to Community Standards.
Adopted by theCity Counciland signed by its Mayor on November 11,1997.
