AN ORDINANCE VACATINGA PORTION OF KITTLESON ROAD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.A portion of KittlesonRoad described as follows,shall be vacated:
Parcel 1:A portionof Kittleson Road located in the NW¼of Section 36 and the SW¼ofOSection25,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.which is located 30'each side of thefollowingdescribedcenterline:
Beginning at thecenterlineof thewesterly terminusof Kittleson Road as shownon the MosesLakeTravelPlazaSecondShortPlatfiledinBook5,Page 59 at the Grant County Auditor'sOffice;thenceNorth 89°18'09"West,2,115.19 feet to the southwest corner of Section 25,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.,and to the terminusof said centerline.
Together withthewest 30.00 feet ofthesouth 30.00 feet of said Section 25.
and
Parcel 2:A portion of Kittleson Road located in the NE¼of Section 35,Township 19 North,Range 28 East.W.M.,described as follows:
All thatportion of the 30 foot road right-of-way dedicated on the Malers Short Plat filed at theGrantCountyAuditor's Office in Volume 1 of plats on page 67.
Subject to a municipaleasement for city utilities over the southerly 40 feet of the abovedescribedParcel1andtheeasterly30feetoftheabovedescribedParcel2.
Section 2.This ordinance shall takeeffect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylawandaftertheadjoiningpropertyownersadjustthewatervalves,firehydrantvalves,and sanitary sewer manholes to Community Standards.
Adopted by theCityCouncil and signed by its Mayoron November11,1997.
