AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Beginning April 1,1998 charges for garbage collectionshall be in accordance with the fee
schedule set out in Schedule A which is attached to this ordinance and by this reference incorporated
within the ordinance.
Section 2.This ordinance shall takeeffectand be in forcefive (5)days after its passage and publicationofitssurnrnaryasprovidedbylaw.
Adopted by theCity Council and signed by its Mayor on February 24,1998.
