AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGSECTION 18.09.020 OF THE MOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That thezoning map oftheCity of Moses Lake shall be changed as follows:
0 That thefollowing described property shall be changed from its existing Agriculture Zone to C-2,GeneralCommercialandBusiness:
SE¼SE¼SE¼and NE¼SE¼SE¼ofSection 26,Township 19 North,Range 28 E.W.M.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
