AN ORDINANCEAMENDINGiCHAPTER16.13 OF THE MOSES LAKE MUNICI-PALCODE ENTITLED "CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY"
THECITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DOORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 16.13 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Certificate of Occupancy"isamendedasfollows:
6 16.13.060 NoticetoCease Violation:Anyperson,firm,or corporationfound violating any provision of thischaptershallbeservedbytheBuildingOfficialwithwrittennoticestatingthenatureoftheviolationandprovidingnotmorethanfourteen(14)calendar days to correct the violation orceaseoccupancy.No further violation shall be permitted at the location.
Section 2.This ordinance shalltakeeffect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
