THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 13.08 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Water and Sewer Connections"is
amended by deleting Section 13.08.096 and Section13.08.163:
Section 2.This ordinance shalltake effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication
of its summary as providedby law.
Adopted by theCity Council and signedby its Mayor on Nogmber 10,1998.
