Section 3:That a copy ofthisordinance,togetherwitha copymf the officialplat ofsaid territorytobeannexedtothecityofMosesLake,shall be filed with the Board of County Commissioners ofGrantCounty,Washington and the original plat of said territoryshall be filed with the CountyAuditorinthemannerrequiredbylaw.
