PROPERTY INTHE KITTLESONROADAREA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN ASFOLLOWS:
Section 1.Ordinance No.925 whichannexed property inthe Kittleson Road area is amended asfollows:
That portion of the Southeast quarter and Southwest quarter of Section 25,Township19North,Range28 EWMand the North half,Northeast quarter ofSection 36,Township19North,Range 28 EWM,Grant County,Washington,described as follows:
All that portion of the North half oftheNortheast quarter of Section 36,Township 19North,Range 28 EWM located Southerly of the South Right of Way line of KittlesonRoad,Westerly of the West Right of Way line of L NE,Northerly of the North RightofWaylineofInterstate90(PSH #18)and Easterly oftheEast Right of Wayline ofStateRoute17(SSH#11G).

Section 2:AIIproperty withinthe territoryannexed shall hereinafter be assessed and taxed at thesamerateandonthesamebasisasotherpropertywithintheCitytopayforanyoutstandingindebtednessoftheCityofMosesLakecontractedpriortoore×istingatthedateofannexation.No property herein annexed shall be released from any outstanding indebtedness levied againstitpriortosaidannexation.
Section 3:That a copy ofthisordinance,togetherwitha copymf the officialplat ofsaid territorytobeannexedtothecityofMosesLake,shall be filed with the Board of County Commissioners ofGrantCounty,Washington and the original plat of said territoryshall be filed with the CountyAuditorinthemannerrequiredbylaw.
Section 4:That the annexed real estate described in Section 1 herein is hereby zoned C-4,Commercial,except the followingdescribed property shall be zoned P,Public:
Beginningat the Southeast cornerofSection 25,Township 19,Range 28 EWM;thenceWestalongtheSouthlineofsaidSection24,1527.5 feet;thence North00°37'East318.5 feet to the True Point of Beginning;thence North 89°19'20"West 427.11 feet;thenceNorth 00°38'33"East 550 feet'thence South 89°19'20"East 427.36 feet;thenceSouth00°3T00"West 550 feet totheTrue Point of Beginning.

Section 5.The City Council declares thatan emergency exists and thisordinance shall take effectimmediatelyasprovidedbylawupononereadingif2/3 oftheentireCity Council present vote infavorofpassage.
