ERTY INTHE KITTLESON ROAD AREA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINASFOLLOWS:
Section 1.Ordinance No.925 which annexed property intheKittleson Road area is amended as follows:
That portion oftheSoutheast quarter and Southwest quarter ofSection 25,Township 19 North,O Range 28 EWMand theNorth half,Northeast quarterof Section 36,Township 19 North,Range
28 EWM,GrantCounty,Washington,described as follows:
AIIthat portion of the North half of the Northeast quarter of Section 36,Township 19 North,
Range 28 EWM located SoutherlyoftheSouth Rightof Way line ofKittleson Road,Westerly oftheWestRightofWaylineofLNE,Northerly of the North Right of Way line of Interstate 90
(PSH #18)and Easterly ofthe East Right of Way line of State Route 17 (SSH #11G).

Section 2:Allproperty withintheterritoryannexedshallhereinafter be assessed and taxedat thesame rateandonthesamebasisasotherpropertywithintheCitytopayforanyoutstandingindebtednessoftheCityofMosesLakecontractedpriortoorexistingatthedateofannexation,No property herein annexed shallbereleasedfromanyoutstandingindebtednessleviedagainstitpriortosaidannexation.
Section 3:That a copy of thisordinance,togetherwith a copy of the officialplat ofsaid territoryto beannexedtothecityofMosesLake,shall be filedwith the Board ofCountyCommissioners ofGrantCounty,Washington andtheoriginalplatof saidterritoryshallbe filedwiththe CountyAuditor inthemannerrequiredbylaw.
Section 4:That theannexed real estate described in Section 1 herein is hereby zoned C.4,Commercial,
except thefollowing described property shall be zoned P,Public:
