Section 2:Allproperty withintheterritoryannexedshallhereinafter be assessed and taxedat thesame rateandonthesamebasisasotherpropertywithintheCitytopayforanyoutstandingindebtednessoftheCityofMosesLakecontractedpriortoorexistingatthedateofannexation,No property herein annexed shallbereleasedfromanyoutstandingindebtednessleviedagainstitpriortosaidannexation. Section 3:That a copy of thisordinance,togetherwith a copy of the officialplat ofsaid territoryto beannexedtothecityofMosesLake,shall be filedwith the Board ofCountyCommissioners ofGrantCounty,Washington andtheoriginalplatof saidterritoryshallbe filedwiththe CountyAuditor inthemannerrequiredbylaw.
