AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGORDINANCE NO.1569 WHICHANNEXED PROP-
ERTY INTHE KITTLESON ROADAREA
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Ordinance No.1569 whichannexed property inthe Kittleson Road area is amended as follows:
O Parcel A:Beginning atthe south quarter cornerofSection25,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.;thenceSouth89°15'59"Easta distance of390.00 feet,moreorless,totheeasterly right-of-
way line ofS.R.17;thenceSouth 00°40'40"West a distance of30.00 feet tothesoutherlyright-of-
way of Kittleson Road;thenceSouth89°19'20"East along thesoutherlyright-of-way of KittlesonRoad,a distance of 315.50 feet,more or less and thetruepoint of beginning.

Section 2:AIIproperty withintheterritoryannexed shall hereinafter be assessed and taxed atthesame rateandonthesamerateandonthesamebasisasotherpropertywithinthecitytopayforanyoutstandingindebtednessoftheCityofMosesLakecontractedpriortoorexistingatthedateofannexation.No propertyhereinannexedshallbereleasedfromanyoutstandingindebtednessleviedagainstitpriortosaidannexation.
Section 3:Thata copyofthisordinance,togetherwitha copy of the officialplat ofsaid territorytobe annexedtotheCityofMosesLakeshallbefiledwiththeBoardofCountyCommissionersofGrantCounty,WashingtonandtheoriginalplatofsaidterritoryshallbefiledwiththeCountyAuditorinthemannerrequiredbylaw.
Section4:That theannexed real estate described inSection1 herein iszonedC-2,GeneralCommercial andBusiness.
Section 5.The City Councildeclares thatan emergency exists and this ordinance shall take effectimmediatelyasprovidedbylawupononereadingif2/3 oftheentire City Councilpresent vote in favor ofpassage.
