Section 3:Thata copyofthisordinance,togetherwitha copy of the officialplat ofsaid territorytobe annexedtotheCityofMosesLakeshallbefiledwiththeBoardofCountyCommissionersofGrantCounty,WashingtonandtheoriginalplatofsaidterritoryshallbefiledwiththeCountyAuditorinthemannerrequiredbylaw. Section4:That theannexed real estate described inSection1 herein iszonedC-2,GeneralCommercial andBusiness. Section 5.The City Councildeclares thatan emergency exists and this ordinance shall take effectimmediatelyasprovidedbylawupononereadingif2/3 oftheentire City Councilpresent vote in favor ofpassage.
