THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINASFOLLOWS:
Section 1.Ordinance 1858 whichrezoned property in the Kittelson Road area is amended as follows:
That the zoning map of the City of Moses Lake shallbe changed as follows:
That the following described property shall be changed from its existingAgriculture zone,to C-2,GeneralCommercialandBusiness:
That portion ofthe northwest1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section36,Townshipi19 North,
Range 28 East,W.M.,lyingnorthwesterlyofthe west right-of-way margin of SR 17 and thenorthright-of-way margin of I-90 as shown on right.af-way plat filed under applicationnumberSR1202,DepartmentofNatural Resource Records.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication ofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
