AN ORDINANCE ANNEXINGCERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE EAST OF THE CITY
OF MOSESLAKE,COMMONLYKNOWNASTHEWHEELER ROADCORRIDOR,
TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,AND INCORPORATINGTHE
SAME WITHINTHE CORPORATE LIMITSOF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,AND
WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE ASSUMPTION OF EXISTINGINDEBTEDNESS
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The following described real estate,located east ofthe Cityof Moses Lake,as shown on theattachedmapmarkedExhibitAwhichbythisreferenceisincorporatedwithinthisordinance,situated inGrant
County contiguous tothe City of Moses Lake is hereby annexed to and incorporated in the City of Moses
Lake:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4,Southeast 1/4,Section 13,Township 19 North,Range28 East,
W.M.;thence south,at right angles to the centerline of Wheeler Road,40 feetto the southright ofway line of Wheeler

and on the same basis as other property within thecity.
Section 3:The area annexed willbe zoned by theMoses Lake City Council by separate ordinance.
Section 4.That a copy of this ordinance shall be filedwiththe Board of County Commissionersof Grant
County,Washington.
Section 5.This ordinance shalltakeeffect and be in force five (5)days afterits passage and publicationof
its summary as provided by law and after a reviewby the Grant CountyBoundary Review Board.
