AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGCHAPTER 3.34 OF THE MOSES LAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"PARKAND RECREATION USE FEES"
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 3.34 of the Moses Lake MunicipalCode entitled "Park and Recreation Use Fees"isamendedasfollows:
O 3.34.010 Fees Established:The following use fees shall be established by the City Councilafter havingbeenreviewedandarecommendationreceivedfromtheParkandRecreationAdvisoryCommis-sion:
A.Family Aquatic Center Admission Fees,Swim Lesson Fees,and all other fees related to theuseoftheMosesLakeFamilyAquaticCenter.
B.Allfees related totheuse ofLarson Playfield and Vista Community Playfield
C.Cascade Park CampingFees
D.Fees for all other programs not designated as pay-as-you-goprograms
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effectand be in force five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
