AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.09.020 OF THE MOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODE
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That thezoningmap oftheCity of Moses Lake shall be changed as follows:
O That thefollowingdescribed propertyshall be changed from its existing R-1 Zone,Single Family Residential,and R-3 Zone,Multi-familyResidential,toR-2,Single Familyand Two Family Residential:
That portion of Tract 8,Park Orchard Tracts,as per the plat thereoffiled December 7,1914 inAcreagePlatBook1,page 36andofTract 13,Replat ofPark Orchard Tracts,as per plat recordedinAcreagePlatBook1,page 39,RecordsofGrant County,Washington,inSection 15,Township19North,Range 28,East,W.M.described as follows;
