THE CITY COUNCIL OF THECITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section1.Chapter 18.16 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled"R-1,Single Family Residential Zone"is amended as follows:
18.16,120 Landscacing:Landscaping shall be incompliance with Chapter 18.57 ofthistitle.
Section 2.This ordinanceshalltake effectand be in force five (5)days afterits passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
