AN ORDINANCE ABANDONINGAN EASEMENTS INMELVAADDITIONNO.3
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The easement described as follows,shall be abandoned:
Theeasement located alongthenortheastportion ofLot1,MelvaAddition#3 intheSouthwest1/4,
O Section 28,Township 19 North,Range 28 East W.M.,City of Moses Lake,Grant County,Washington,
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effectand be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication ofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
The City Council declares thatan emergency exists and thisordinance shall take effect immediately asprovidedbylawupononereadingif2/3 of theentire CityCoun resent vote infavorof passage.
