AN ORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER 3.34 OF THE MOSES LAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"PARK AND RECREATION USE FEES"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 3.34 oftheMoses Lake Municipal Code entitled"Park and Recreation Use Fees"isamendedasfollows:
3.34.010 Fees Established:The following use fees shallbe established by the CityCouncilafter havingbeenreviewedandarecommendationreceivedfromtheParkandRecreationAdvisoryCommis-sion:
A.Family Aquatic CenterAdmission Fees,Swim Lesson Fees,and all otherfees related tothe
use ofthe Moses Lake Family Aquatic Center.
B.AIIfees related tothe use of Larson Playfield and Vista Community Playfield
C.Cascade Park Camping Fees
D.Fees for all other programs not designated as pay-as-you-go programs
Section 2.The City Council declares that an emergency exists and this ordinance shall take effectimmediatelyasprovidedbylawupononereadingif2/3 ofthe entire CityCouncilpresent vote in favor ofpassage.
