Section 3.That a copy of this ordinance,together with a copy of the official plat of said territory to beannexedtotheCityofMosesLakeshallbefiledwiththeBoardofCountyCommissionersofGrantCounty,Washington and the originalplat of said territoryshall be filed with the County Auditor in the mannerrequiredbylaw. Section4.That the annexed real estate describe in Section1 hereinis zoned R-1,Single Family Residential.
