AN ORDINANCEVACATINGA PORTION OF CLOVER DRIVE
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.A portion of Clover Drivedescribed as follows,shall be vacated:
A portion of Clover Drive legallydescribed as follows,shall be vacated.
O A parcel of land in the East 1/2,of Section 26,and the West 1/2,of Section 25,Township 19North,Range 28 East W.M.,Cityof Moses Lake,GrantCounty,Washington,describedasfollows:
Commencingat the East 1/4 corner of Section 26,Township 19 North,Range 28 East W.M.,
thenceNorth 00°32'30"East,449.43 feet alongtheEast lineof Section 26,tothe right-of-wayline
of State Route 17 and the pointofbeginning;thenceSouth38°53'30"East,47.23 feet along said
line to the easterly right-of-way line of Clover Drive;thence South 00°32'30"West,809.03 feet
alongsaid line;thenceNorth 89°27'30"West,2.00 feet;thence alonga 528.00 foot radiusnon-tangent curveconcave tothe southwest,an are of 249.81 feet,the chord being North 13 00'44"West,247.48 feet to thewesterly right-of-way line of Clover Drive;thenceNorth 00°32'30"East,
641.40 feet along said line totheright-of-waylineof State Route 17;thence South38°53'30"East,47.23 feet alongsaid line,tothePoint of Beginning.
Containing 41320 square feet more or less.
Subject to the reservation of a perpetualmunicipal and public utilityeasement,over,under and
across said real estate described above,and the whole thereof,with the right of ingress and
egress thereto.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effectand be in force five (6)days after its passage and publication ofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
