AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ASPII
UCHIDAANNEXATION,TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,AND
INCORPORATING THE SAME WITHINTHE CORPORATE LIMITSOF THE CITY
OF MOSES LAKE,WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE ASSUMPTION OF EXISTING
INDEBTEDNESS,ANDWHICH ZONES THE ASPI AND UCHIDAPROPERTIES
THE CITYCOUNCILOF THECITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINASFOLLOWS:

County,Washington.
Section 5.This ordinance shalltakeeffect and be inforce five (5)days after its passage and publicationof
its summaryas provided by law.
