ANORDINANCE VACATINGA PORTION OF LOOP DRIVE
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.A portion of Loop Drive described as follows,shall be vacated:
A portion of Loop Drive legally described as follows,shall be vacated.
AIIthatportionofLoop Drive thatwas dedicated on theplat ofCrestview Estates No.4
Section 2.The city shall be compensated for one half theappraised value of thevacated property.The
vacationshall not become effectiveuntiltherequiredcompensationis receivedby thecity.
Section 3.Thisordinance shall takeeffect.andbe in force five (5)days after its passage and publication ofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
Adopted by theCityCounciland signedby its Mayor on June 1 1.
