AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGCHAPTER 12.40 OF THE MOSES LAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"STREET CONSTRUCTION OR IMPROVEMENT REIMBURSE-MENTCHARGES*"
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 12.40 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled"StreetConstructionor ImprovementReimbursementCharges"is amended as follows:
O 12.40.070 Street Improvement Charges -Underground Power For Yonezawa Boulevard and Clover Drive:Underground powercharges in Sections 25 and 26,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.,constructed with cityfunds as part ofthe Yonezawa Boulevard Project shall be reimbursed bythepropertyowneruponpropertysubdivisionorupondevelopment.The reimbursement shall be aportionoftheregularpermitfee.The followingamount ofthe permit fee shallbe deposited inFund309.The perfront foot charges shall be assessed against the followingproperties.
AIIproperties abuttingYonezawa Boulevard,located between DivisionStreet and SR-17 $1T34 Ifront foot
AllpropertiesabuttingCloverDrive,located between Yonezawa Boulevard and SR-17 $4.08/frontfoot
The per front foot reimbursement rate shall be adjusted upward commencing on June 1,2003 bythechangeintheJanuarytoJanuaryAllWestCoastCitiesCPI-W Index issued in2003,and shallbesoadjustedeachJune1,thereafterusingthesame index.
Section 2.This ordinanceshall takeeffect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication ofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
