AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE LDSCHURCHPROPERTY,TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,ANDINCORPORATINGTHESAMEWITHINTHECORPORATELIMITSOFTHECITY
OF MOSES LAKE,ANDWHICHPROVIDESFOR THEASSUMPTION OF EXISTINGINDEBTEDNESS.
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
0 Section 1.The followingdescribed real estate,as shownontheattached map markedExhibitAwhichbythisreferenceisincorporatedwithinthisordinance,situatedinGrantCountycontiguous totheCityof Moses LakeisherebyannexedtoandincorporatedintheCityofMosesLake:
LDSChurchSecond Addition Short Plat
Section 2.The property shallbe zoned R-1,Single Family Residential.
Section 3.Allproperty within theterritoryannexed shall hereinafter be assessed and taxed at thesame rateandonthesamebasisasotherpropertywithinthecitytopayforanyoutstandingindebtednessoftheCityofMosesLakecontractedpriortoorexistingatthedateofannexation.Nopropertyherein annexed shall bereleasedfromanyoutstandingindebtednessleviedagainstitpriortosaidannexation.
Section 4.That a copy of thisordinance shall be filed with the Board of County Commissioners of GrantCounty,Washington.
Section 5.This ordinanceshall takeeffect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication ofitssummaryasprovidedbylawandafterareviewbytheGrantCountyBoundaryReviewBoard.
