AN ORDINANCEREPEALINGCHAPTER 16.08 OF THE MOSES LAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"DANGEROUS BUILDINGS"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 16.08 of theMoses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Dangerous Buildings"is repealed.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication ofitssurnrnaryasprovidedbylaw.
Adopted by the City Council and signed by its Mayor on July 23,2002.
