ANORDINANCE REPEALINGCHAPTER 16.12 OF THE MOSES LAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"BUILDINGPERMITS"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 16.12 ofthe Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "BuildingPermits"is repealed.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be inforce five (5)days after its passage and publication ofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
Adopted by the City Council and signed by its Mayor on July 23,2002.
