ANORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 16.13OF THE MOSES LAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY"
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 16.13 oftheMoses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Certificateof Occupancy"is repealed
Section 2.This ordinanceshalltake effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication ofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
Adopted bythe City Council and signed by its Mayor on July 23,2002.
