AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGCHAPTER 2.50 OF THE MOSES LAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"AIRPORT COMMISSION"
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 2.50 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled"AirportCommission*"is amended asfollows:
2.50.010 Commission Established:The Airport Commission for the city is created and shall consist of
O five (5)members from citizens who reside within the corporate limits of the city,who rentpropertyfromthecityattheMosesLakeMunicipalAirportorwhoareassociatedwithabusinessoroperationwhorentspropertyfromthecityattheMosesLakeMunicipalAirport,whoshallbeappointedbytheMayorandconfirmedbytheCityCouncil,pursuantto MLMC2.08.040.
Section 2.This ordinance shalltakeeffectand be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication ofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
Adopted by theCity Council and signed by its Mayor on August 27,2002.
