AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGCHAPTER3.34 OF THE MOSES LAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"PARK AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT USE FEES"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 3.34 oftheMoses Lake Municipal Code entitled"Park and Recreation Department UseFees*"is amended as follows:
3.34.010 Fees Established:The following use fees shall be established bytheCityCouncilafter havingObeenreviewedandarecommendationreceivedfromtheParkandRecreationAdvisoryCommis-sion:
A.FamilyAquatic Center Admission Fees,Swim Lesson Fees,and allotherfees related totheuseoftheMosesLakeFamilyAquaticCenter.
B.Allfees related totheuse ofLarson Playfield and Paul Lauzier Athletic Complex
C.Cascade Park Camping Fees
D.Fees for allother programs not designated as pay-as-you-go programs
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effectand be inforce five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
