ANORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER 10.12 OF THE MOSES LAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"PARKING REGULATIONS"
THE CITYCOUNCILOF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 10.12 ofthe Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Parking Regulations"is arnended asfollows:
O 10.12.025 Parking Prohibited -Garbage Collection Carts or Containers:Parking is prohibitedwithinfivefeet(5')of a garbage collection cartorcontainer,as defined inMoses Lake MunicipalCode 8.08.030
on the day of collection.
Section 2.This ordinance shall takeeffect and be inforce five (5)days after its passage and publication ofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
Adopted by the City Council and signedby its Mayor on March 23 200 .
