AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGCHAPTER 3.30 OF THE MOSES LAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"UTILITYOCCUPATIONALTAX"
THE CITYCOUNCILOF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 3.30 ofthe Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "UtilityOccupational Tax"is amended bydeletingsections3.30.030 and 3.30.140 and amending Section 3.30.010 as follows:
O 3.30.010 Exercise of Taxina Authority:Provisions of thischapter shall be deemed an exercise of theauthorityofthecitytotaxforrevenue.
Section 2.This ordinanceshalltake effect and be inforce five (5)days after its passage and publication ofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
Adopted by the CityCouncil and signed by its Mayor on ril27,2004.
