ANORDINANCEABANDONINGANEASEMENTINLINGGADDITIONALTERATIONPLAT
THE CITYCOUNCILOF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINASFOLLOWS:
Section 1.Easements shown on the Lingg Alteration Plat,inthe SW 1/4,Section 23,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.,Cityof Moses Lake,Grant County,Washington described as follows
O 1.The 15 foot and 20 foot wide easements shown on said plat that are entitled "20'Easement to City
for Water"and "15'Easement toCityfor Water".
2.The 20 foot wideeasement located in thevacated right-of-way of Eastlake Drive,thatwas retainedinthequitclaimdeedfiledattheGrantCountyAuditor's office inBook 786,Page 543,AFN842759,the centerline of whichis described as follows:
Commencing at the southwestcornerof Lot 2,LinggAddition,as recorded in Book 7 ofPlats,Page93,Records of Grant County,Washington;thence North 00°15'35"East,5.00 feet to the true pointofbeginning;thence North 89°55'10"West,15.00 feet;thence North 00°15'35"East,145.00 feet tothenorthlineoftheLinggAdditionPlat.
3.The 10foot wide easement shown on said plat entitled "Existing 10'Water MainEsmT'located inthevacatedright-of-way of Ashley Way thatwas retained inthe quitclaim deed filed at the Grant CountyAuditor's Office in Book 284 Page 293,AFN 67703,described as follows:
The northerly10 feet of thatpart of Ashley Way thatwas vacated.

Section 2.The ownership of the water main serving the LinggAddition Alteration Plat is transferredto thepropertyowner.The ownership will start on the property side of the isolation valvein Division Street andextendthefulllength.
Section 3.This ordinanceshalltake effectand be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication ofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
