AN ORDINANCEANNEXING PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS THEMCCONKIE/JORGENSEN PROPERTY,TOTHE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASH-INGTON,ANDINCORPORATING THE SAME WITHINTHE CORPORATELIMITSOFTHECITYOFMOSESLAKE,ANDWHICHPROVIDESFORTHEASSUMPTION
OF EXISTING INDEBTEDNESS.
THE CITYCOUNCILOF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The followingdescribed realestate,as shown on theattached map markedExhibitAwhich bythisreferenceisincorporatedwithinthisordinance,situated inGrant County contiguous totheCityof Moses LakeisherebyannexedtoandincorporatedintheCityofMosesLake:
A tractofland being a portionofFarm Unit116,Second Revision of IrrigationBlock41,ColumbiaBasinProject,all in Section 25,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.,Grant County,Washington,more fullydescribed as follows:

Section 3.Allproperty withintheterritoryannexed shallhereinafter be assessed and taxed at thesame rateOandonthesamebasisasotherpropertywithinthecitytopayforanyoutstandingindebtednessoftheCityofMosesLakecontractedpriortoorexistingatthedateofannexation.No property herein annexed shall bereleasedfromanyoutstandingindebtednessleviedagainstitpriortosaidannexation.
Section 4.That a copy of thisordinance shallbe filed with the Board of County Commissioners of GrantCounty,Washington,
Section 5.This ordinanceshall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication ofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
