THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CÏTYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.RCW 84.52.020 and 84.52.070requires the governing body of the City of Moses Lake tofix theestimatedemounttoberaisedbytaxationonassessedvaluationonpropedywithin.the Cityof Moses Lake;and
RCW 84.52.020 and 84.52.070 provides for the estimated tax levied by the City Council be certified to theCountyCorrimíasionersonorbeforeNovember15,2004>
Section 2.Ïhe followingestimated taxes for general municipal purposes ofthe City of Moses Lake for the
year 2005 be and the same are hereby levied upon alltaxable property within the City of Moses Lake,asdeterminedintheyear2005.
