AN ORDINANCE CREATING SUN BASIN PLANNED UNIT COMMERCIAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO,3
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The following described property shall be permitted ot develop as the Sun Basin Planned UnitCommercialDevelopmentDistrictNo.3:
Sun Basin Major Plat,Lots 1-6,a replat of Lot 3,Block 2,ASPI Commerce Park South Short Plat
Section 2.The Sun Basin Planned UnitCommercialDevelopment DistrictNo.3is a mixeduse development.
The land uses thatare permitted intheSun Basin Planned UnitCommercial Development District No.3 are:
A.An assisted livingfacilityon Lot 1.
B.Four-plex units on Lots 2 -5.
C.Commercial and/or residential development on Lot6.
Section 3 Sun Basin Major Plat Planned Unit Development District #3 is an overlayzone.The bulkregulationsoftheunderlyingC-2 Zone,currentat the timeofconstruction,willremain in effect.
Section 4.This ordinance shall takeeffect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication ofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
Adopted by the City Council and signed by its Mayor on vember 20 .
