2191_00001ORDINANCE NO.2191 ANORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13.08 OF THE MOSES LAKEMUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED"WATER AND SEWER CONNECTIONS" THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.Chapter 13.08 of theMoses Lake Municipal Code entitled"Water and Sewer Connections"is amended as follows: O 13.08.082 Water Main Charaes -Wanapum Drive.Broadwav Avenue,andLakeshore Drive:Cityfunds paid to install water mainsas partofthe Washington State Department ofTransportation's I-90/SR-17 Interchange Project in Section 33,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.,shall be reimbursed bythe property owners abutting the streets described below.The reimbursement of $25.81perfrontfootshallbepaiduponpropertysubdivisionoruponrequesttoconnecttocitywater.The reimbursement shall be placed in Fund 410. A.Wanapum Drive from Lakeshore Court toWapato Drive B.Broadway Avenue from the northerly boundary of Section 33,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.south toLakeshore Drive C.Lakeshore Drive from the southerlyend of Broadway Avenue toWanapum Drive The per front foot reimbursement rate shall be adjusted upward commencing onJune 1,2005 bythechangeintheJanuarytoJanuaryAllWestCoastcitiesCPI-W Index issued in2005,and shallbesoadjustedeachJune1,thereafter,using thesame index. 13.08.152 Sewer Connection Charges -Basin Homes:Sewer service installed by the Cityof Moses Lake in Sections 8,9,10,15,16,21 and 22,T 19 N;R 28 East W.M.;under theBasin Homes Sewer Project,shallbe reimbursed by the property ownerupon property subdivision or upon request toconnecttocitysewer.The reimbursement shall be a portion of theregular permit fee for sewerservicesasrequiredbyordinance.The reimbursement fee shall be deposited tothe410 fund andtheremainingportionofthepermitfeeshallbeplacedintheCityofMosesLakesewerrevenuefund.
