AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.09.040 OF THE MOSES LAKEMUNICIPALCODE
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Ïhat the zoning map of theCity of Moses Lake shall be changed as follows:
That the following described property shall be changed from its existing Agriculture Zone to R-1,Single
Family Residential:
North ½of the North ½of the Northeast quarter oftheSouthwest quarter ofSection 26,Township19North,Range 28 East of the Willamette Meridian.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be inforce five (5)days afterits passage and publication ofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
