2209_00001ORDINANCE NO.2209 AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGCHAPTER 12.40 OF THE MOSES LAKEMUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "STREET CONSTRUCTION OR IMPROVEMENT REIMBURSEMENT CHARGES" THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.Chapter 12.40 ofthe Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Street Constructionor Improvement Reimbursement Charges"is amended as follows:O 12.40.090 Street Improvement Charges -Traffic Siqnals at Paxson and Valley Road:Street improvements consisting of intersection improvements or trafficsignals constructed with city funds shall be reimbursed by the below referenced property owners upon property subdivision or upondevelopment.Intersection improvements or trafficsignals will be installed when warranted. Reimbursement fees shall be collected before the intersection improvements or trafficsignals arecompleted.The assessment shallbe inadditiontothe regularpermit fee.Every residentialunit equivalent in the referenced reimbursement area as set forth below shall be assessed a twohundreddollar($200)reimbursement fee.The reimbursement area shall include the followingproperties: A.SE 1/4,SE 1/4,Section9,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M., The east 275 feet of thesouth 1,110 feet,except for the Hillcrest Acres,Hillcrest Acres No.2,and Sunrise Addition plats.
