AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 12.24 OF THE MOSES LAKE MUNICIPAL
CODE ENTITLED "PLANTLIFE"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 12.24 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Plantlife" is amended as follows:
12.24.120 Violation: Any person, firm, or corporation violating or failing to comply with the provisions of this
chapter may be subject to a Notice of Violation and Order to Correct as provided in Chapter 1.20
issued by the Code Enforcement Officer.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days after its passage and publication of
its summary as provided by law.
