2356• • ORDINANCE NO. 2356 AN ORDINANCE ADJUSTING CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE PURSUANT TO RCW 35A.21.210 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The municipal boundaries of the City of Moses Lake are adjusted to disincorporate the following property upon the adoption of a similar ordinance or resolution by the Grant County Commissioners. The City of Moses Lake shall convey its interest in the following properties and the properties shall be fully excluded from the corporate limits of the City of Moses Lake and shall be maintained as right-of-way by Grant County, Washington: PARCEL 1 (Broad Street, Market Street, and Roberts Place): That portion of Section 9, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M., City of Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of the Loudenback Broadview Tracts, as recorded in volume 4, page 53, Grant County plat records, and the west boundary of Roberts Place, thence North 00°34'50" East, 765.82 feet, along the west boundary of Roberts Place to the centerline of Broad Street, and the east-west mid-section line of Section 9, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M., thence South 89°25'08" East, 830.76 feet, along said centerline; thence South 00°34'52" West, 30.00 feet, to the south boundary of Broad Street; thence North 89°25'08" West, 770.76 feet, to the east boundary of Roberts Place; thence South 00°34'50" West, 705.74 feet, along said east boundary to the north boundary of Market street; thence South 89°35'30" East, 1160.47 feet, along said north boundary; thence South 00°25'36" West, 30.00 feet; thence North 89°35'30" West, 1220.55 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL 2 (Broad Street): That portion of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 9, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M., City of Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 17, Barney Plat, per Grant County Auditor plat records, book 11, page 58; thence South 00°25'31" West, 30.00, along the west line of said plat to the centerline of Broad Street and the point of beginning; thence continuing South 00°25'31" West, 30.00 feet; thence South 89°25'08" East, 37.27 feet, to the northwest corner of Lot 7, Barney Plat; thence North 00°25'36" East, 30.00 feet, along the west line of said plat to the centerline of Broad Street; thence North 89°25'08" West, 37.27 feet, along said centerline to the point of beginning. PARCEL 3 (Stratford Road): That portion of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M., City of Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington, described as follows: The west half of the Stratford Road right-of-way lying within the Central Washington railroad right-of-way. Section 2. The municipal boundaries of the City of Moses Lake are adjusted to incorporate the following property upon the adoption of a similar ordinance by the Grant County Commissioners. Grant County shall convey its interest in the following properties and the properties shall be fully included in the corporate limits of the City of Moses Lake and shall be maintained as right-of-way by the City of Moses Lake, Washington: PARCEL 1 (Road F NE unimproved): That portion of the East 1/2 of Section 25, Township 19 North, Range 27 East W.M., Grant County, Washington, described as follows: The east 30.00 feet in the South 1A, and in the Southeast 1/4, Northeast 1/4, Section 25, Township 19 North, Range 27 East W.M., lying north of the Interstate 90 right-of-way. • •aker, City Attor v mes A.hi VED AS TO FORM: APP • ta.
