2365•ORDINANCE NO. 2365 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3.62 OF THE MOSES LAKE MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "UTILITY SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGES" THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 3.62 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Utility System Development Charges" is amended as follows: 3.62.010 Water System Development Charges: A system development charge shall be assessed on properties in the amount shown below. The increase shall be rounded up to the next $1.00 increment. The increases shall be computed by the Finance Department and confirmed by City Council action at a regular Council meeting. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days after its passage and publication of its summary as provided by law. •
