AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Beginning with billings after April 1, 2009, charges for categories of garbage collection shall be
in accordance with the fee schedule set out in Schedule A, which is attached to this ordinance and by this
reference incorporated within the ordinance.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days after its passage and publication
of its summary as provided by law.
