Cone, Finance Director ORDINANCE NO. 2453 • AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE INTERSECTION OF PENINSULA DRIVE AND BATTERY ROAD THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The following described public right-of-way shall be vacated: A portion of street right-of-way coincident to Tract 47, Battery Orchard Tracts, in the Northeast 1/4, Southwest 1/4, Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M., City of Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of Peninsula Drive and Battery Road as shown on the Peninsula Highlands Short Plat, as recorded in Grant County Auditor plat records volume 7, pages 88 and 89; thence South 32°08'44" West, 94.73 feet along the centerline of Peninsula Drive; thence North 57°51'16" West, 30.00 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of Peninsula Drive and the east corner of Lot 6, Peninsula Highlands Short Plat; thence North 32°08'44" East, 42.77 feet to the westerly right-of-way of Peninsula Drive and Battery Road as shown on the Battery Orchard Tracts Plat as recorded in Grant County Auditor plat records volume 1, page 31, and the point of beginning; thence along said westerly right-of-way on a 60.00 foot radius non-tangent curve, concave to the east, an arc of 42.94 feet, the chord being North 07°21'16" West, 42.03 feet; thence South 46°51'16" East, 18.99 feet; thence along a 10.00 foot radius curve, concave to the west, an arc of 13.79 feet, the chord being South 07°21'16" East, 12.72 feet; thence South 32°08'44" West, 18.99 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 458 square feet more or less. Section 2. An equal valued parcel was deeded to the city for street right-of-way by Resolution No. 3045. Section 3.
