CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION
November 4,1997
Council Present:Daryl Jackson, Ron Covey,Wayne Rimple,Bill Reese, Bob Chapman,
Grant Nichols,and Richard Pearce
The study session was held in the Fire Station Conference Room at 7 p.m.
Joseph K.Gavinski,City Manager,presented the 1998 preliminary budget.
There was considerable discussion by the City Council.
Mr.Gavinski stated that budget ordinance would be presented at the November 11 Council
meeting and the second reading of the ordinance and a public hearing would be held at the
November 25 Council meeting.
The study session was adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
