ORDINANCE -AMEND 1993 BUDGET -SINGLE READING
An ordinance was presented which amends the 1993 budget.
The ordinance amendingthe 1993 budget,redistributing ending fund balances in certain funds from reserve
for replacement to reserve for debt service for the City of Moses Lake,Washington,was read bytitle only.
ActionTaken:Mrs.Brown movedthat an emergency be declared and the ordinance be adopted on a single
reading,seconded by Mr.Pearce,and passed unanimously.
