Several Questions were asked about statistical aspects of the liner and its installation It was stated5StSe1?ne "has Tone year guarantee,and the contractor has a one year guarantee on the work.Theformallife-span of Uners have not yet been determined,but some have been in use for 20 years Mr.WardensVted that sunHght and birds are things most harmful to the liner,which is why it ..lust be covered. Mr'Woerden stated that completion date should be October 12 assuming the c°nt^ctorS^now Mr Waggener stated that he had given the contractor verbal go-ahead with the understanding that irthTcha^^de?was not approved by the City Council,the City would pay for accrued expenses. It was suggested that the public receive specific explanation of the new costs and the reasons for them. It was moved by Gordon Ebbert and seconded by Mike Boyle that the City Manager be authorized to execute Change Order No.8.
