DISOUSSION ON NATURALGAS PROGRAM:CONT'D:
A field for private enterprise with experienced staff and financial stability.,Motion by Stadshaug,second by Dietzen,that the City A±torney be authorized todraftaresolutionofferingtheMosesLakeNdaturalGasSystemforsale,and thatthismeetingberecessedtoh:30 P.M.Wednesday for consideration of that resolut-ion.Métion carried unanimously.
LETTER FROMASSOCIATII9N OF WASHINGTONCITIES:requesting the Council's decision on a jthequestionofsponsorshipof.an initiative to the Legislature,calling for anallocationtocitiesandtownsionapopulationbasis,of 5%of the total revenuesoftheretailsalestax.Motion by Dietzen,seconded by Kreuger,that the Council
i vote yes,and that they make a concerted effort to secure initiative signatures.
Motion carried unanimously.

Present were Councilmen Alex Law,Harold Stadshaug,William Hilderbrand,John Dietzen,and Fred Krueger.Frank Holmes and Russell Stark,absent.
RESOLUTIONNO.209:a Resolution of the City of Moses Lake,Washington providing forthoàsletheNaturalGassupplylineandgasdistributionsystemoftheCityofMosesLake,Washington,was read in its entirety and discussed by the City Council.
Motion by Hilderbrand,second by Stadshaug,to adopt Resolution No.209.Carried
unanimously.
Motion by Dietzen,second by Krueger,to publish call for bids along with ResolutionNo.209.Carried Unaninously.
Meeting adjourned.
