SENER AMICK ADDITION:Letter from Acting City Engineer J.Garth Anderson,recommend-I ing that the Council invoke the provisions of the Sub-Division Eond,requiring the //22installationofSewerMainintheAmickAdditionwasread.The motion by Hilderbrand
.seconded by Holmes to accept the recommendation of the Acting City Engineer,to invoke
the provisions of the Sub-division Bond for the entire sewer line in the Amick
Addition.Motion carried.

Stated that the paving would be complete on Crestview Drive on Oct 12th,Paving /Valley road,weather permitting will be finished on the 19th of October.

ACCEPTANCEOF SHAROKAVE:Letter from Acting City Engineer,J.Garth Anderson,//c2/recommending that the City accept the maintenance of Sharon Ave was read.The motionbyKruegersecondedbyStadshaugtoaccepttheEngineersrecontendation.Motioncarried.
SANITiKY FILL:Two hundred dollars was paid to the Moses Lake Garbage Service,for yppyspecialservicesattheSanitaryFill,on Saturdays during the month of May forspecialcleanup.Noted that only 22 loads were dumped from the City,10 from theruralarea,with total receipts of $18.25.

Special council meetîng was called to order by Mayor Law,councilmen present were:Frank Holmes,Russell Stark,Wm.Hilderbrand,John Dietzen and Fred Krueger.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was for the sole purpose of confirming the "appointment of the Justice of the Peace,Mr.Charles Shillberg.
Letter of resignation from William Gaffney was read.The motion by Hilderbrand
seconded by Dietzen to accept the resignation of Mr.Gaffney as Police Judge arewritehimaletterthankinghimforhisservices.Motion carried.
I Letter from City Manager,ChesterWWaggener,regarding the appointment of Mr.Charles Shillberg was rqad.The motion by Dietzen seconded by Holmes to accepttheappointmentofMr.Shillberg.Motion carried.
