The Council met in regular session,the meeting was called to order by Mayor Law,connoilmen present were:Frank Holmes,Russell Stark,Harold Stadshang,WilliamHilderbrand,John Dietsen and Fred Krueger.
The minutes of the last meeting of Oct 25th,1960 were approved by the Council.

I RESQLUTION NO.216:on the transfer of the 1960 Bond Reserve and 1950 Bond ReserveInvestmentFundstoItem300oftheWater&Sever Revenne Fund was read.The motionbyHolmessecondedbyStarkResolutionNo.216 be adopted.Motion carried.

INFORMATIONREGARDINGPUBLIC HEARING COMPREHENSIVEPLAN:Letter from City ManagerChesterWaggener,stating that the .State Law R.C;W.35163.100 contains in part asfollows:"Before the recommendation of the Initial plan to the municipality thecommission(Planning Commission)shall hold at least one public hearing thereon,giving notice of the time and place by one publication in a newspaper of generalcirculationinthemunicipalityandintheofficialgazette,if any,of the manioi-pality.n Planning Commission has set Nov 17th,1960 as the date for public hearingontheComprehensiveMasterPlan.
