The Council met in regular session,the meeting was called to order by Mayor Law,
councilmen present were:Frank Holmes,Russell Stark,Harold Stadsbang,William
Hilderbrand and Fred Krueger.Councilman Dietsen was absent.
The minutes of the previous meeting of Dec 13th,were approved by the connoil.
BILLS:were audited by the council.The motion by Kraeger seconded by Hilderbrandbillsbepaidandwarrantsdrawn.Motion carried.

FEDERALAID MATCHINGFUNDS AIRPORT:Letter from City Manager,Chester Waggener,requesting authorisation to notify Federal Aviation Agency Officials that the CityofMoseeLakewillnotbemakinguseoftheFederalMatchingFunds,and they be re-leased for other purposes was read.Discussion.The motion by Stark seconded byHilderbrand,natter be turned back to the City Manager for more information and todetermineifpossibleiflesseramountoffundsbemadeavailabelforCityuse.Notion carried.
PART TIME FIREMEN:Discussion.Turned over to the City Manager,to negotiate withtheFireChiefandwiththevolunteerfiremen.
IATE HOURS FOR TAVERNSON NW TEARes DAY:A Letter from Chief of Police Wm.E.BjorkstatingthattheTavernOwners,are applying for Banquet Permits from the Liquor Board,for the hours of midnight and 3 A.M.and the Liquor Board people have asked the Policechief,if they should be granted was read,Letter from the Wash State Liquor controliBoardonNewYear's Eve Banquet Permits was also read.Discussion.The motion by'Stark seconded by Krueger,request for late closing of Liquor Establishments be deniedasprovidedbyOrdinanceNo.27&.Stark,Stadshaug and Krueger for,Holmes,Hilder-brand and Law against.Motion lost.The motion by Stark,late closing be allowed assummarizedbyreleasefromtheStateLiquorBoard,as of letter dated Dec 19th,1960.Motion died for lack of second.No action taken.
ORDINANCENO.418 1960 EDITION OF FIRE CODE:was read for the second time by title 703only.The motion by krueger seconded by Stadshaug,Ordinance No.L18be adopted and .published.Motion carried.
REVISED ZONINGORDINANCE:Mayor Law stated,that he would like more time,to studysoningordinance.Discussion.Meeting to be set up after the first of the year forastudysession,with Planning Commission,City Council and City Manager.

SUB-DIVISION BONDS RELEASS OF:Letter from Acting City Engineer,J.Garth Anderson,stating that the hiility requirements for Street grading in the Baker Heights No.2andBakerHeightsNo.3 and Wilmot Addition have been completed,and recommendingthattheCityacceptthemformaintenanceandauthorizethereleaseofthebonds,was read.The motion by Stadshaug seconded by Stark,to accept the engineers recomm-endation.Motion carried.
