REQUEST FOR WATERSERVICE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS:Mr.Bulsoni appeared before thecouncilinregardstorunninganB"line from the Fairgrounds standpipe to Cascade Valley.City Administrator Chester Waggener recommended that his request be allowedwithcertainstipulations.The motion by Hilderbrand seconded by Holmes the matter be referred to the Utility Committee for study and report back.Motion carried. REQUEST TO MOVEBUILDING ONTOPROPERTY:Mrs.Lee Pettiger 1731 Peninsula Drive, appeared before the council in regards to moving a building 6x6 from 271h Park topresentaddress1731PeninsulaDrive.Hearing set for Tuesday Sept 8th at 8:00 P.M. B.E.H.FINAL ESTIMATE:Councilman Dietzen stated final estimate is not quite ready and will give report next council meeting. RESOLUTIONNO.196 ON INVESINENT OF FUNDS:was read,also letter from City Treasurer in regards to investing idle funds of the L.I.D.Guarantee Fund &Finance committee; recommends that $5,000.00 be invested in Lake City Sever District term bonds which are callable in 1961 at 101 per $100par value,was read.The motion by Stark seconded by Dietzen that committee's recommendation be accepted.Motion carried. SPECIAL MEETING:to be held Tuesday September lst at 8:00 P.M.for preliminary budget. STREET REFAIRS:Mr.John Hochstatter 10203 Interlake Ave appeared before the council in regards to conditions of Interlake Ave,after water and sewer line was laid. Assistant Engineer Garth Anderson said they were working with the contractor in trying to repair it as soon as possible. Meeting adjounred 9:00 P.M.
