RESOLUTIONNO.196 ON INVESTMENTOF FUNDS:was read,also letter from City TreasurerinregardstoinvestingidlefundsoftheL.I.D.Guarantee Fund &Finance coonittee;recommends that $5,000.00 be invested in Lake City Sewer District term bonds whicharecallablein1961at101per$100par value,was read.The motion by Stark
seconded by Dietsen that committeets recommendation be accepted.Motion carried.

STREETREFAIRS:Mr.John Hoobstatter 10203 Interlake Ave appeared before the councilinregardstoconditionsofInterlakeAve,after water and sewer line was laid.Assistant Engineer Garth Anderson said theywere working with the contractor intryingtorepairitassoonaspossible.

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Boyle,councilmen present were:Frank Holmes,Russell Stark,John Dietzen,Willion Hilderbrand and Fred Krueger.
PRELIMINARY BUDGET:explained by City Administrator Chester Waggener,stated budgetwasbasedonformulasandpasthistory,and that many months studying had been=spent on it.Copies available to the public or any interested citzen if requested.Thursday at 3:30 F.M.for further discussion.
The motion by Stark seconded by Hilderbrand to accept the preliminary budget forstudy.Motion carried,
